Lab Grown Diamonds
Crafted using cutting-edge technology in controlled laboratory settings. Lab-grown diamonds share the same physical, chemical, and optical characteristics as natural diamonds, but are cultivated above ground instead of extracted from the Earth.
How are
Lab Grown Diamonds made
Our lab-grown diamonds are made using a clever technique called CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition). This mimics the intense conditions deep within the Earth where natural diamonds form. Same sparkle, same strength - just a more modern way to make them.

All Goldsmiths solitaire lab‑grown diamonds 0.50ct and above are certified by the IGI, the first gemological institute to provide comprehensive grading for lab‑grown diamonds.
Each diamond is assessed using the same internationally recognised 4Cs scale as natural diamonds: cut, colour, clarity, and carat weight. For complete transparency, every diamond includes detailed traceability through an IGI‑pioneered laser inscription of its unique report number.
